The policies cached on the extensions catalog are outdated. The ones on the nwb.org website are iframes to the live google docs and are the most updated. We should just point to those.
The docs page is empty and there is not much to put there that isn't already part of the extensions tutorial, staged-extensions repo, or policies, so I have removed it.
I also updated the news with an update and credit.
