바뀐 것
- 릴리스 묶음(
tools/release.py): jsrf-kr-patch-v0.0.13-windows-x64.zip, -linux-x64.tar.gz(Nuitka 2.8.10으로 만든 단독 실행 파일, 패치 데이터 내장), -python.zip(스크립트판), SHA256SUMS.txt. 묶음마다 사용 설명서(사용법, 출처, 권리 고지)와 라이선스 원문이 들어 있다. 묶음은 결정적이고 만든 뒤 스스로 점검한다.
- 워크플로:
ci.yml(시험과 세 묶음), release.yml(태그 push → GitHub Release, 릴리스 노트의 해결된 issue 확인), pages.yml(소개 페이지 배포, 릴리스 뒤 내려받기 단추 갱신).
- Nuitka는 2.8.10에 고정: 4.0부터 AGPL-3.0이라 Apache-2.0인 마지막 판을 쓴다.
THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md에 실행 파일 배포물 절.
- 패치 도구: 실행 파일에서 데이터·글꼴 경로와 출력 위치(현재 폴더의
out/). 스크립트 동작은 그대로.
- 소개 페이지(
docs/sites/, tools/site/build_site.py): 기능, 전후 비교(reJSRF 캡처), 번역의 특징, 내려받기(최신 릴리스), 사용법, 릴리스 타임라인. 스크린샷은 docs/screenshots/(AGENTS.md에 예외 명시).

The results of issues #22 (P9-1) and #23 (P9-2). From this release the patch can be downloaded straight from GitHub Releases: standalone executables for Windows and Linux (no Python needed) and a Python-script edition, plus an introduction page at https://nworkers.github.io/JSRF-kr-patch/.

Changes
- Release packages (
tools/release.py): jsrf-kr-patch-v0.0.13-windows-x64.zip, -linux-x64.tar.gz (standalone executables built with Nuitka 2.8.10, patch data inside), -python.zip (the script edition), SHA256SUMS.txt; each package has a user guide (usage, sources, rights notice) and license texts; packages are deterministic and self-checked.
- Workflows:
ci.yml (tests and the three packages), release.yml (tag push → GitHub Release, resolved issues checked in the notes), pages.yml (introduction page, download buttons refreshed after a release).
- Nuitka pinned to 2.8.10: from 4.0 it is AGPL-3.0, so the last Apache-2.0 release is used; an executable-distributions section in
THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md.
- Patcher: data and font paths and the output location (
out/ in the current folder) in the executable; script behaviour unchanged.
- Introduction page (
docs/sites/, tools/site/build_site.py): features, before/after (reJSRF captures), translation, downloads (latest release), usage, release timeline; screenshots in docs/screenshots/ (exception stated in AGENTS.md).
