I would like to propose that certain form fields can be made read only. I do not know if it is available.
eg. on a Profile settings page, on edit profile, I would not allow them to edit email, but all the other fields , however it should be displayed on the form but just as readonly.

You can extend the form field and set enabled: false. Here's an example:

class ProfileForm extends NyFormData {
  ProfileForm({String? name}) : super(name ?? "profile");

  @override
  fields() => [
    Field.text(
      "name",
      style: "outlined".extend(
        enabled: false,
      ),
    ),
  ];
}

Or if you want to make text selectable, but not editable, you can replace enabled: false with readOnly: true
