What's changed

Reworked mobile modal layout so the journal, setup wizard, and tag editor use the visible viewport height.
Removed fixed keyboard padding that could appear after selecting buttons or misalign inputs across keyboards.
Kept modal actions reachable while the body scrolls.
Added button boundaries and shadows, and removed unwanted separator shadows above action bars.
