Convert ANISE Jupyter notebook tutorials to Markdown

Converted all Jupyter notebook tutorials for ANISE (docs/anise/tutorials/*.ipynb) into standard markdown format (.md). The navigation configuration in mkdocs.yml has been updated to point to the new .md files.

This change improves native rendering across documentation platforms and aligns the tutorials with standard Mkdocs behavior. The original notebook code, markdown blocks, and execution outputs (such as plots, extracted to _files/ folders) are fully preserved.
