New Features and Tasks

Added "[Windows Sandbox] MSI Performance Fix" task for poor performance with MSI installs, particularily VC/.NET Runtimes. It is recommended to have this task always enabled until the problem is fixed, see microsoft/Windows-Sandbox#68 (comment)
Added -RunConfig parameter to launch directly from an existing or alternative config file. This allows CustomSandbox to be run with different profiles automatically by saving config.json or renaming it and calling CustomSandbox.ps1 -RunConfig myotherconfig.json say from a shortcut or manually in a terminal.
Added install task for Windows Terminal (Portable), as this version/method actually works in Windows Sandbox. There are also additional tasks for Winget/Chocolatey but at the moment they do not seem to work in Windows Sandbox on the latest versions of Windows.
Added feature requirement check functionality for tasks. In tasks configuration JSON you can now specify if a task requires networking to be enabled in the sandbox:

Added Tasks for WinGet support and package installation
Added Chocolatey Git install task
Added gg.cmd install task, thanks to @koppor
Added functionality for cleanup and shutdown via shortcut actions. This allows for automated tasks to easily be run before the sandbox is destroyed. ex. Return a seat license to a licensing server for installed software that has used it, etc.

Added global confirmation for Chocolatey installs
Fixed the issue with Update Cached Installers not being respected when toggled off
Fixed pinning task applications to the taskbar after configuration
Fixed Chocolatey internalization for packages with a data.ps1
Added toast rate limiting to prevent glitches where toasts would not update accurately if spawned too quickly
Removed custom Edit with Notepad++ option as part of Notepad++ install as it is now redundant
Setup latest TLS in PowerShell for certain machines that fail requests when not explicitly set
Migrated IDA Free install task to Chocolatey
Updated relevant tasks to use Get-WebpageObject for more reliable scraping where used in tasks
Fixed cache not clearing when the option was enabled
Added Get-WebpageObject function for cleaner scraping
Fixed HxD Hex Editor archive cache path
Other minor bug fixes and menu changes
