ecsctl log no longer prints nothing during task replacement — when the newest task is PENDING/PROVISIONING (Fargate Spot churn / deploy) and its log stream has no events yet, log now falls back to the previous task's stream with stderr diagnostics instead of silently exiting. log -f keeps polling on an empty or not-yet-created stream instead of dying; a missing log group still fails fast. Empty GetLogEvents pages are paged past (nonterminal-page safe), and fallback request fan-out is bounded. (#53)
