BeePub v0.10.0
Your libraries, laid out — and one tap away
The Libraries page is now a card shelf. Each library gets a fanned-cover card with its book count; "All books" leads the cloud, and on the app your device shelf sits first as a library like any other. Admins create, rename, and delete libraries right on the cards — no more digging through the admin area (which lost its duplicate Libraries pages entirely).
Calibre users will feel at home: the Libraries tab jumps straight into the library you used last, and the library name up top is the switcher — tap it to go pick another. Zero extra taps on the common path, one tap to switch.
Library
- Real per-library pages with shareable URLs (
/libraries/<id>); book-detail back buttons and author/tag filters land there pre-filtered - The device shelf gained the cloud browser's search box and sort — filter your local books by title or author, offline included
- On the app, cloud libraries carry a cloud mark and the device shelf a hard-drive mark, so where a book lives reads at a glance
- The device shelf stays reachable offline through the Libraries tab when it was your last-used library
Reader
- Fixed: tapping an existing highlight made the style menu blink (open → gone → open) on the app — a single tap fired the open logic twice with its own dismiss squeezed in between
- Fixed: the selection menu vanished after long holds — the tap-residue click that follows a long-press no longer dismisses the menu you just opened
- Long-pressing whitespace no longer draws a ghost selection
- Publish dates on the book page are properly formatted in your language (no more raw
2014-05-25T00:00:00Z), honoring whatever precision the EPUB declares — year, month, or day
Notes
- No database migration in this release
/all-booksURLs are gone — "All books" now lives at/libraries/all
