New features

  • getPossiblePaths(): provides all the possible paths that a candidate can take in the given Assessment Test.

  • getShortestPaths(): provides the shortest(s) path(s) that a candidate can take in the given Assessment Test.

  • getLongestPaths(): provides the longest(s) path(s) that a candidate can take in the given Assessment Test.

These method have been unit tested with 100% coverage and profiled to optimize their speed of execution.

Where to find it in the code

The methods have been implemented in the src\qtism\data\AssessmentTest class. At few private functions have also been added to the class to avoid to much redundance in the code.

Also, two methods have been added to a src\qtism\data\Utils class. That class has been created because those methods needed to be public because there were special unit tests written to cover 100% of the code.

The new methods of the src\qtism\data\AssessmentTest class are tested in the test\qtimtest\data\AssessmentTestTest class.
The new methods of the src\qtism\data\Utils class are tested in the test\qtimtest\data\UtilsTest class.

Next release features

The methods implemented in the data/AssessmentTest class will also be implemented in the runtime/AssessmentTestSession class. This will compute the methods above on instantiated tests, and consider the current position of the test-taker.
