trackmaker v0.2.2

turns out the v0.2s were quite buggy with rounding errors and sorting issues. but i think i've worked around most of them for now! consider this a trackmaker recall

• SM/SSCs can be imported with just the metadata and timings and no charts
• saving should be more consistent
• fix quantization and rounding errors
• volume and music speed controls (shift+up/down, shift+left/right)
• beat tick and note tick
• sort on note place to try and avoid jank
• dump chart lua into the log upon saving for minimal data loss
• no multithreading option for especially weird setups

issues will still absolutely turn up but i think this should be severely more usable
