(UI) - Various Menu Items Don't Show Pointer Finger Icon When Hovering Over Them

Describe the bug
The following menu items don't show the expected pointer finger icon when hovering over them, and instead show a typing cursor icon: Admin, Admin/Upload Hours, Directory, and Feedback.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch check-ins app
2. Hover over various menu items
3. Observe the pointer icon that is shown

Expected behavior
All menu items should show the expected pointer finger icon when hovering over them.
