New features and other changes:

• Fixes: MarkdownUtil could not use a SyntaxHighlighter of your own; MarkdownUtil(syntaxHighlighter:) chooses the highlighter for the code of ansi, rtf, rtfd and pdf. The parameters mermaid and math of rtfd and pdf are optional: with nil, diagrams and formulas are not drawn but stay code and text. Calls compile as before; code that uses these methods or the initializer as a function value has to use the new signature.
