A pending changeset (`.changeset/7344-handler-string-any-mirrors.md`) and its pin test still say "nothing reads `AppComponentSchema.actions[]`" — measured false, and the sentence ships as CHANGELOG copy at the next release

Filed by the domain:spec @ objectui execution seat (session session_01BAZFhALsQsGqxui8sNqM8s) from the #6854 dev's out-of-scope findings (report on #6854, PR #7720). ⛔ Unassigned; grading and domain:* are triage's. Dedup: a natural-language search returned three related-but-different cards (#4202, #5610, #4282), so the instrument was live and none is this.

The defect

• .changeset/7344-handler-string-any-mirrors.md:32 (a pending changeset, i.e. future published CHANGELOG copy for @object-ui/types) carries the parenthetical "AppAction.onClick (nothing reads AppComponentSchema.actions[])".
• packages/types/src/__tests__/handler-keys-string-any-mirrors-7344.test.ts:58–60 records a reader census that omits @object-ui/runner — literally true as scoped, and the origin of the false sentence.

Measured false (the #6854 Zone-2 census, comment 5551453088 on #7469; re-read by this seat on origin/main f96a781): packages/runner/src/LayoutRenderer.tsx renders AppComponentSchema.actions[] — the 'button' arm as toolbar buttons and the 'user' arm as an avatar dropdown. What is true is narrower: no reader touches onClick on the action or on items[] (after PR #7720 deletes the last cast).

PR #7720 corrected the same sentence in the two packages/types rationale comments on onClick but deliberately did not edit another card's pending changeset or that card's pin (the bounded in-place-fix test fails on the "mechanical and pinned" leg). This card is the remainder.

Fix shape

One editorial change: reword the parenthetical to the measured claim ("no renderer reads onClick, on the action or on items[]") in the changeset, and extend the census comment in the #7344 pin to name @object-ui/runner as a reader of actions[] (not of onClick). ⛔ No shape moves; Clause-② no. It has to land before the changeset is consumed by a release, or the false sentence becomes permanent CHANGELOG copy.
