Desktop update recovery

Desktop users on 0.8.0 or 0.8.1: please install this update manually once.
The built-in updater in those versions can fail with "Redirect was cancelled".
Download the installer for your operating system from the
0.8.2 release, quit Openship,
and replace the installed application. Keep your application data: your local
projects, servers and settings are preserved. Subsequent desktop updates use the
fixed downloader.

• Fixed GitHub release redirects in the desktop updater while retaining trusted
  download hosts, SHA-256 checks and publisher signature verification.
• Added a real Electron download test to the existing CI and release test gate,
  covering installer and proof redirects, blocked destinations, redirect loops,
  cancellation and incomplete-download cleanup.
• This redirect bug affects the desktop installer updater. The server/CLI update
  path is separate and does not need this manual recovery step.
