1. はじめに

Aegis Studio（以下「当方」）は、Androidアプリ「Aegis Market Watch」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、本プライバシーポリシーを定めます。

本アプリにはアカウント登録機能がなく、氏名、住所、電話番号、生年月日、正確な位置情報、連絡先、決済情報、広告IDなど、利用者を直接識別する情報の入力を求めません。

2. 端末内に保存するデータ

本アプリは、機能を提供するため、次のデータを利用者の端末内に保存します。

  • アラート条件、有効・無効状態、アラート履歴
  • ピン留めした銘柄
  • 表示形式、言語、通知抑制時間などの設定
  • 取得済みレートのキャッシュおよび直近の価格履歴

これらのデータは本アプリのローカル領域に保存されます。当方は、これらの設定内容を利用者アカウントと関連付けて管理するサーバーを運営していません。また、本アプリではAndroidのバックアップ機能を無効にしています。

3. 外部通信と自動的に処理される技術情報

本アプリは、市場価格、チャートおよび米国経済データを取得するため、HTTPSで外部サービスと通信します。通常のインターネット通信に伴い、通信先の事業者は、IPアドレス、リクエスト日時、アクセス先のパスやクエリ、User-Agent、端末・OS・ネットワークに関する診断情報などを自動的に処理する場合があります。

本アプリは、これらの通信に氏名、メールアドレス、広告ID、正確な位置情報または本アプリ独自の利用者IDを付加しません。ただし、利用者が表示を求めた銘柄や期間は、データ取得に必要なリクエストの一部として通信先に送信される場合があります。

本アプリが利用する外部サービスは次のとおりです。

  • Cloudflare Workers: 本アプリから市場レートおよび米国経済データの取得リクエストを受け付けます。
  • Twelve Data: Cloudflare Workerが為替・市場データを取得するために利用します。本アプリはTwelve Dataへ直接通信しません。
  • FRED（Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis）: Cloudflare Workerが米国経済データを取得するために利用します。本アプリはFRED APIへ直接通信しません。
  • Yahoo Finance: 株価指数、商品価格およびチャートデータを取得するため、本アプリから直接通信します。
  • CoinGecko: 暗号資産価格を取得するため、本アプリから直接通信します。

各事業者による情報の取扱いおよび保持期間は、各事業者のポリシーに従います。

4. 利用目的と第三者提供

当方は、前項の通信を、市場データの表示、チャート表示、価格アラート、ウィジェットおよび米国経済データ表示に必要な範囲で行います。外部サービスは、それぞれのサービス提供、セキュリティ確保、不正利用防止および障害解析などの目的で技術情報を処理する場合があります。

当方は、利用者の個人情報を販売しません。また、広告配信、行動ターゲティングまたは第三者のマーケティングを目的として利用者情報を提供しません。

5. 権限

本アプリは次のAndroid権限を使用します。

  • インターネットアクセス: 市場データおよび米国経済データを取得するため
  • 通知: 設定した価格条件に到達した際に通知するため。通知権限は端末の設定から拒否または取り消しできます
  • 端末起動完了の受信: 端末再起動後にアラート確認処理を再開するため
  • バイブレーション: 通知時に端末を振動させるため

本アプリは、位置情報、カメラ、マイク、連絡先、写真、通話履歴またはSMSへのアクセス権限を要求しません。

6. 広告、解析およびトラッキング

本アプリには、広告SDK、アクセス解析SDK、クラッシュ解析SDKまたは行動トラッキングSDKを組み込んでいません。本アプリは広告IDを取得せず、クロスアプリ・クロスサイトトラッキングを行いません。

7. 安全管理

本アプリは外部通信にHTTPSを使用し、平文HTTP通信を許可していません。外部APIの秘密鍵はアプリ内に保存せず、Cloudflare Workerのサーバー側シークレットとして管理します。また、Androidのバックアップ機能を無効にしています。

ただし、インターネット通信または端末内保存に絶対的な安全性を保証することはできません。利用者は、OSの更新、画面ロックなど、端末の安全管理も行ってください。

8. データの保持と削除

端末内のデータは、利用者がアプリのストレージを消去するか、本アプリをアンインストールするまで保持されます。これらの操作により、本アプリが端末内に保存した設定、履歴およびキャッシュを削除できます。

本アプリには利用者アカウントがなく、当方のサーバーに利用者のアラート設定や履歴を保存しないため、サーバー側のアカウント削除手続はありません。Cloudflare Workerのキャッシュには市場データのみが一時保存され、利用者のアラート設定や問い合わせ内容は保存されません。

外部事業者が保持する通信ログ等は、各事業者の保持・削除ポリシーに従います。当方は、それらの独立した保持期間を管理できません。

9. お問い合わせ情報

利用者が本アプリの問い合わせ機能からメールを送信した場合、当方はメールアドレス、メール本文および利用者が任意に記載した情報を、問い合わせへの回答、不具合調査および必要な記録のために利用します。これらは対応に必要な期間または法令上必要な期間保持し、その後削除します。削除の依頼は下記連絡先へお送りください。ただし、法令上の保存義務がある場合を除きます。

10. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としておらず、子どもの個人情報を意図的に収集しません。13歳未満の子どもが個人情報を当方へ送信したことが判明した場合、保護者は下記連絡先へご連絡ください。確認後、合理的な範囲で削除します。

11. 国外での処理

外部サービスのサーバーは、利用者の居住国以外の国または地域に所在する場合があります。その場合、技術情報は各事業者のポリシーおよび適用法令に従って処理されます。

12. 本ポリシーの変更

当方は、機能、外部サービス、法令またはGoogle Playの要件の変更に応じて、本ポリシーを改定する場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内、ストア掲載ページまたは本ページでお知らせします。最新版の最終更新日は本ページ上部に表示します。

1. Introduction

Aegis Studio ("we," "us," or "our") establishes this Privacy Policy for the Android application Aegis Market Watch (the "App").

The App has no account registration feature and does not ask users to provide direct identifiers such as their name, postal address, telephone number, date of birth, precise location, contacts, payment information, or advertising identifier.

2. Data Stored on the Device

The App stores the following data locally on the user's device to provide its features:

  • Alert conditions, enabled status, and alert history
  • Pinned market symbols
  • Display format, language, quiet hours, and other preferences
  • Cached rates and recent price history

This data remains in the App's local storage. We do not operate a user account server that associates these settings with an individual. Android backup is disabled for the App.

3. External Communications and Automatically Processed Technical Data

The App communicates with external services over HTTPS to retrieve market prices, charts, and US economic data. As part of ordinary internet communications, service providers may automatically process technical information such as an IP address, request date and time, requested path and query, User-Agent, and device, operating system, or network diagnostic information.

The App does not add a name, email address, advertising identifier, precise location, or App-specific user identifier to these requests. However, the requested market symbol or time period may be included when necessary to retrieve the requested data.

The App uses the following external services:

  • Cloudflare Workers: Receives requests from the App for market rates and US economic data.
  • Twelve Data: Used by the Cloudflare Worker to retrieve foreign exchange and market data. The App does not connect directly to Twelve Data.
  • FRED (Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis): Used by the Cloudflare Worker to retrieve US economic data. The App does not connect directly to the FRED API.
  • Yahoo Finance: The App connects directly to retrieve stock index, commodity, and chart data.
  • CoinGecko: The App connects directly to retrieve cryptocurrency prices.

Each provider processes and retains information under its own policy:

4. Purposes and Disclosure to Service Providers

We make the communications described above only as necessary to display market data and charts, operate price alerts and widgets, and display US economic data. External providers may process technical information to provide their services, maintain security, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.

We do not sell users' personal information. We do not disclose user information for advertising, behavioral targeting, or third-party marketing.

5. Permissions

The App uses the following Android permissions:

  • Internet access: To retrieve market and US economic data
  • Notifications: To notify the user when a configured price condition is met. Users may deny or revoke this permission in device settings
  • Receive boot completed: To resume alert-checking work after the device restarts
  • Vibration: To vibrate the device for notifications

The App does not request permission to access location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, call logs, or SMS.

6. Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking

The App does not include advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, or behavioral-tracking SDKs. It does not access the advertising identifier or perform cross-app or cross-site tracking.

7. Security

The App uses HTTPS for external communications and does not permit cleartext HTTP traffic. External API secret keys are not stored in the App and are managed as server-side secrets in Cloudflare Workers. Android backup is disabled for the App.

No method of internet transmission or device storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should also protect their devices by installing operating system updates and using a screen lock.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Locally stored data is retained until the user clears the App's storage or uninstalls the App. Either action can delete the settings, history, and cache stored by the App on the device.

Because the App has no user accounts and we do not store users' alert settings or histories on our server, there is no server-side account deletion process. Cloudflare Worker caches temporarily contain market data only and do not contain users' alert settings or support messages.

Technical logs retained by external providers are governed by each provider's retention and deletion policy. We do not control their independent retention periods.

9. Support Communications

If a user sends an email through the App's contact feature, we use the email address, message content, and any information the user voluntarily includes to respond, investigate a problem, and maintain necessary records. We retain support communications only as long as necessary for those purposes or as required by law, and then delete them. Users may request deletion using the contact address below, except where retention is legally required.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes that a child under 13 sent personal information to us, please contact us. We will review the request and delete the information where reasonably possible.

11. International Processing

External service providers may operate servers outside the user's country or region. Technical information may therefore be processed in other countries under each provider's policy and applicable law.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy when the App's features, external services, applicable laws, or Google Play requirements change. For material changes, we will provide notice in the App, on the store listing, or on this page. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page.
