OBS-Studio-Rust continuous build

Rolling build of OBS-Studio-Rust from the latest master, currently c553fd90a. Replaced daily by the release build, once it passes the AppImage tests on Debian, Ubuntu and Fedora, including a saved profile that records a PipeWire screen capture, camera and microphone.

Pre-release, unsigned. chmod +x OBS_Studio-*-x86_64.AppImage && ./OBS_Studio-*-x86_64.AppImage. Everything down to glibc is inside; only the GPU driver comes from the host. The .zsync file lets AppImageUpdate fetch the next build as a delta. Limits and troubleshooting: build-aux/appimage/README.md.

obs-stream-rust v0.1.0

First release of obs-stream-rust, a small, dependency-free CLI that controls streaming on a running OBS Studio over the obs-websocket v5 protocol (OBS 28+: Tools → WebSocket Server Settings).
