docs: split and expand configuration reference

Summary

• split the monolithic configuration reference into 11 focused domain pages
• expand advanced guidance for access, providers and models, sandboxing, networking, storage, runtime limits, MCP, context, memory, and research
• separate configuration, runtime contract, and extension-schema navigation
• update related operator and usage pages to point at the new canonical references

Why

The previous reference placed unrelated concepts under one large configuration page and exposed many advanced fields without enough explanation or practical examples. The new structure makes each configuration domain independently discoverable while preserving a complete baseline and top-level schema map.

Impact

Documentation and site navigation only. Runtime behavior and public interfaces are unchanged.

• cargo test -p colossus-cli --test documentation_contract
• pre-commit formatting, diff, and crate-root checks
