Extended Headings 0.4.8 removes all default hotkey assignments in accordance
with Obsidian's community-plugin guidelines. All commands remain available for
manual assignment under Settings → Hotkeys.

Installation

Download main.js, manifest.json, and styles.css below and place them in:

<vault>/.obsidian/plugins/extended-headings/

The automatically generated “Source code” archives are intended for development
and are not directly installable plugin packages.
