v4.2.0 released May 2026 - The SOCAT recalculation uncertainty update and bubble update. This release updates the SOCAT recalculation functions to include uncertainty propagation based on the SOCAT quality flag. The update also includes many improvements to the bubble exchange components of FluxEngine which allow further modifications to the bubble asymmetry terms and allowing bubbles to have a cool skin (or not; default). Finally some general bug fixes around verbose statements, updating netCDF variable names dependent on partial pressure or fugacity, and the ability to specify data layer outputs that should not be saved.
