Fixed an encoding error when spr merging caused by retargeting to .NET 7

• ACTUALLY added support for unpaired awbs, my bad
• Unfucked the entire merging process, I accidentally moved a line and broke it before 💀

Increased AWB Support

• Added support for unpaired AWBs
• Added support for P4G Vita AWBs
• Added support for some paired archives with different names

AWB Merging, .NET 7

• Retarget to .NET 7.0
• Refactor to use CriFsV2Lib for unpacking base files
• AWB merging for Q2 (I dont own anything else that would use it, someone else will have to update the filelists)
• CXIs are now selectable as a Q2 rom filetype
