economode: Skip over transient network/host errors#134

Sometimes we take printers out of rotation. Setting economode on these printers will fail hard and the script ignores any printers that are lexicographically after. This adds a check and skips over those.

these printers will fail hard (no route to host) and the script ignores
any printers that are lexicographically after. This adds a check and
skips over those.
I haven't seen timeout yet but it could plausibly happen so I added
it just in case.
