• Drop s390x from Debian 12; the debian:12 image no longer publishes an
  s390x manifest, so the builds fail with "no matching manifest for
  linux/s390x". ppc64le is unaffected, as are Debian 13 and later
  (@mtelvers #271)
• Set gc.autoDetach false in the global git configuration of the base
  images. git fetch spawns a detached git maintenance run --auto, and
  since Git 2.55 that background run takes a lock file inside
  .git/objects. The resulting change to the directory makes tar exit 1
  with "file changed as we read it" as opam packs the repository it has
  just fetched, so opam repo add <git url> fails on the distributions
  now shipping Git 2.55: openSUSE Tumbleweed, Fedora 44 and Debian
  unstable (@mtelvers #270)
• Render a tmpfs mount as --mount=type=tmpfs; string_of_mount emitted
  --mount=type=bind for the `Tmpfs case, so a tmpfs mount was
  rendered as a bind mount (@samoht #269)
