Module rearrangements

• Move Dockerfile.Linux to a separate Dockerfile_linux
  module, in preparation for Dockerfile_windows soon.
• Avoid using ppx annotations for sexp in the interface
  files, since this breaks ocamldoc.
• Add Dockerfile.pp for Format-style output.
