Language server 0.2.0

Templates now lead somewhere: go to a component's source from any tag,
attribute, property or event, and find every template that uses it. The same
completion, docs and navigation work in JSX, Astro and MDX. The problems it
reports can also fail a lint run, through @oddsquad/oxlint-plugin-lit.

• Go to a component's source, and find where it's used. Go to
  implementation or definition on a tag, attribute, .property or @event
  in a template opens the class, field or dispatch that declares it, in a
  base class when it's inherited; find references lists every template and
  HTML file that uses it.
• Lit components in JSX, Astro and MDX. Tags, props and events complete,
  show their docs and lead to their source in .jsx and .tsx files, Astro
  templates and MDX, reading size="small", onsubmit-start={fn} and
  Solid's on:/prop: the way React 19, Preact, Solid and Astro do.
