- Claude Code conversations in AI History — Messages from Claude Code sessions are now persisted and appear in the AI History panel with "CC: ..." titles

- Markdown syntax highlighting —
.md files now render with colors and modifiers (headings, bold, italic, code, links, blockquotes, lists)
- Ctrl+P opens file picker — Swapped to match VS Code:
Ctrl+P = fuzzy file search, Ctrl+Shift+P = command palette
- Ctrl+H toggles AI History — Fixed for terminals that send Backspace for Ctrl+H
- Esc closes AI History panel — Was only removing focus, now closes entirely
- Tab close button click — Fixed Unicode display-width mismatch on × character
