- Code robustness — Replaced all 23 production
unwrap() calls with safe alternatives:
- Mutex locks →
.expect() with descriptive messages (embedded_terminal, collab, mcp_server)
- Network byte parsing → proper error handling instead of panic on malformed data (collab)
- AI client access → graceful error message when API key not configured
- Peer/LSP access →
if-let guards instead of .unwrap()
- Float sorting → NaN-safe comparison (speculative engine)
