This release banks the landmark exhaustive-parity closure: the curated structural matrix is 206/206 passing with zero known-degraded structural or no-error exemptions.

Highlights:

  • closes the final Norg alias-target divergences and ratchets the exemption lists to zero
  • fixes nested terminal aliases and punctuation-prefixed literals in word grammars
  • preserves Python external-token whitespace state so immediate escapes are not suppressed
  • aligns Doxygen, JSDoc, HCL, and COBOL recovery/scanner behavior with the C oracle
  • refreshes Wave 3 performance evidence and keeps the remaining JavaScript, Scala, and other cliffs explicit

This is a correctness milestone, not a claim of universal near-C performance. The remaining throughput and memory work stays visible in the checked-in performance ledger.
