v0.39.0 tightens query, tree, DFA, grammar-import, generated-C, and highlight behavior against the locked runtime contracts. It also adds a locked incremental admission matrix, stronger parser work-count receipts, and reproducible real-corpus controls for durable and split-grammar layouts.

The authenticated production receipt records public Parser.Parse at 4.886056x the locked static -O2 C oracle by equal-fixture geomean, 5.517602x by fixed-suite sum of medians, and 5.648204x on the worst canonical fixture. The incremental matrix is a correctness and work-classification receipt; it does not publish a representative comparative speed headline.
