Help and licence text keeps its opening pause

Help and licence text, in the app and in the installer, holds still for five seconds when it opens before it starts to read itself down the page. Tabbing into the text during that pause no longer cuts it short. Once the text is moving, scrolling, clicking or tabbing into it still takes over at once.

Text under another window stays where it was

When another window opens over help or licence text, the text underneath now waits exactly where it was. Nothing that reaches it in the meantime is taken as you scrolling it; it carries on from the same place once that window closes.
