Added a new option for running commands just before and after calling snapshot.

Updated the logging infrastructure to make use of Mojo::Log. Users can now choose for logs to go to syslog or a logfile.

In a non user-visible change, ZnapZend was remodeled to use the Mojo::IOLoop::ForkCall module for herding all the snapshot and send processes.
