Add SproutOS Android Store

LLMs are getting cheap enough that software doesn’t have to be one-size-fits-all

SproutOS is my attempt at infrastructure for personalized software. It's an alternative to Vercel that's designed for the agent era for personalization.

Take an open-source web or Android app, tell an agent what you want changed, and run your own personalized version. We also opened our own Play Store designed for users to personalize consumer apps.

Existing iOS/Android apps can also use SproutOS sign-in to create databases that you own, letting you authorize agents or other apps to analyze data across them.

And because personalized software only makes sense if it’s cheap to run, SproutOS includes usage-based databases (Valkey/OpenSearch/PG), workflows, background jobs, storage, and hosting.

I guess you mean the Android related project (https://github.com/MySproutOS/SproutOS-Android)?

This project is very new. Also it has no license – so it's not FOSS. To be honest, I'm not sure if the whole project fits here.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, it's new, and yes that's the repo. I've added a dedicated BSD-3 license to the Android repo.

The point of this store is to offer personalization of apps. Of all the apps in listed in the readme, users should be able to customize them and keep it up to date with upstream while the maintainer still maintains an upstream source. The other feature that I don't think any store offers today is that we sign all APKs on behalf of users for their private and marketplace apps, so that they don't have to verify in the android developer console.
