Polish Base2026 public API and GitHub surface

Summary

• add public API & AI access page, api-index, llms files, and GitHub Pages landing page
• align Base2026 contact/footer styling and public info/roadmap state with the product passport
• add WordPress Novamira snippet to preserve selected pricing package context on the audit form

Verification

• deployed live as base2026-footer-api-pricing-context-r2-20260615
• live smoke checked /knowledge/api.html, /knowledge/api-index.json, /knowledge/llms.txt, /knowledge/roadmap.html, and /knowledge-search/multi-search
• JSON validation, git diff whitespace check, GitHub metadata validation, and staged secret scan passed

Notes

• sitemap changed because /knowledge/api.html is now included in the generated public sitemap
• robots, noindex, and canonical logic were not changed
