Base2026 now includes three free, source-first ways to inspect and reuse public evidence:

  • Evidence Search: find attributed public records from the Base2026 corpus.
  • Source Diversity Check: compare selected records by exact record, attributed creator, and normalized original-source URL; unresolved metadata stays visible.
  • Source-backed Brief: turn up to eight already-selected public records into a deterministic brief, memo, or outline with bounded excerpts, explicit unknowns, and Markdown/JSON exports.

The repository also includes a dependency-free Python Evidence Pack that calls the public read-only MCP get_source method and exports deterministic Markdown and JSON. It retains not-found states and fails closed on private, media, or credential fields.

Important boundary: source count is not consensus, truth, quality, or proof of independence. The public surface exposes no raw captions, raw ASR, media, private records, credentials, or write operations.
