Publication boundary: the static insight distribution contains 1,939 reviewed public cards. Review-held, private, raw-caption, raw-ASR, media, credential, client, and pipeline records are excluded. Source rights remain with their owners; use canonical Base2026 and original creator links when citing evidence.
