Step 1.1f (ADRs 0005–0009 + reviewer checklist) merged via #52 on 2026-05-24 but the tracker was not updated. Flip Status 🚧 → ✅, fill in the PR link, bump Phase 1 done 7 → 8 (remaining 9 → 8) and Total 20 → 21 (remaining 64 → 63), and append the row to the PR & Branch History table.
