Windows-first public release of BitQuarry, a native BitTorrent client from Jivaro.

- SHA-256 checksums, package manifests, and updater signature
Important:
- The Windows builds are currently unsigned. Windows SmartScreen may show an Unknown publisher warning.
- BitQuarry supports BitTorrent v1 torrents and magnet links. BitTorrent v2/hybrid torrents and protocol encryption are not yet supported.
- Verify downloaded files against the attached SHA-256 sidecars when desired.
