OPL Evolution v0.27.0-alpha

OPL Evolution v0.27.0-alpha is the first public prototype release.

This is an unofficial experimental fork of Open PS2 Loader. Keep Free McBoot,
wLaunchELF, and a known-good OPL recovery ELF available while testing.

Highlights:

• Standalone Evolution boot flow and dashboard
• Native PS2 scanning and launching through OPL's loader engine
• PS1 scanning and launching through an existing POPStarter setup
• PS2 and PS1 artwork
• Persistent controller, memory-card, storage, and network widgets
• Native display and audio controls
• Save, exit-to-Browser, and power-off system menu
• Per-game physical, generic, and dedicated VMC assignments
• 8, 16, 32, and 64 MB VMC creation with progress reporting

Known limitations:

• Hardware coverage remains limited
• Network settings are read-only in Evolution
• Homebrew-library scanning is not complete
• POPStarter and its required files are not distributed
• 480p is only suitable for compatible cables, adapters, and displays
