Restore the build script's executable bit
The mode change from 100755 to 100644 makes the documented ./script/build_and_run.sh invocation fail immediately with Permission denied (exit 126) on a fresh checkout, before any build logic runs. Restore the executable bit while retaining the derived-data path change.
