I build and operate machine learning systems end to end: models, deployments, local hardware infrastructure to run them and metrics that tell whether they actually work.
I submitted my doctoral thesis at the Dept. of Computer and Information Science, University of Konstanz, Germany [defense pending]. Meanwhile, I'm building a computer vision system for long-term experiments on the evolution of aquatic microorganisms.
