🐛 Fixes

  • Progress dispose safety — Fixed a race condition where mutations could occur on a progress tracker after it had been disposed, preventing potential crashes in concurrent flows.

🔧 Improvements

  • TypeBox → Zod v4 migration — All domain contract schemas have been migrated from TypeBox to Zod v4. The schema-text renderer, structured-output validation, and every affected command (fix-pr, ui-design, planning) have been updated to match. ValidationError is now consolidated in src/types.ts.
  • fetchPrComments rewrite — PR comment fetching now uses direct gh api calls instead of a bash script, removing the shell dependency and improving reliability.

  • Upgraded zod to v4.3.0.
  • Updated command table, gate configuration, audit config, and skill documentation to reflect current capabilities.
