macOS: unzip, double-click s3mail.app. The packages are signed with a Developer ID and notarised by Apple - no xattr, no right-click, no warning.

Windows and Linux: unzip and run s3mail. On Windows, SmartScreen answers with More info -> Run anyway - there is no signature there.

The window opens by itself. The address carries a token without which the server does not answer; it is printed in the terminal and written to adresse.txt in the configuration directory in case the window closes.

A .sha256 file sits beside every package.
