• concepts/clinical/condition.mdx — full rewrite to the concept template. Dropped the FHIR-mapping narration, the permission slugs, and the raw enum values.
• references/clinical/condition.mdx — restructured, FHIR narration removed, and the false criticality field claim deleted (ConditionReadSpec has no such field). Added the two viewsets, routes, filters, and the traced authorization table.

Both versions: authored in version-3.0, mirrored to version-3.1. Both flow doc ids added to the manual clinical-flows list in each versioned sidebar.

Documented in the `docs/clinical-condition` branch (issue #55).

- One `Condition` model backs two API surfaces: `SymptomViewSet` (`patient/<id>/symptom/`, forces `category=problem_list_item`) and `DiagnosisViewSet` (`patient/<id>/diagnosis/`, no category filter). Categories: `problem_list_item`, `encounter_diagnosis`, `chronic_condition`.
- Permission chain: create/update/destroy -> `can_update_encounter_clinical_data` -> "Update Encounter related clinical data" (Admin, Doctor, Nurse, Facility Admin). It returns False when the encounter status is completed/cancelled/entered_in_error/discontinued, so a closed encounter is read-only. Read -> `can_view_clinical_data` on the patient -> "Can view clinical data about patients" (Staff, Doctor, Nurse, Admin, Facility Admin).
- Correction applied: the old reference page claimed `ConditionReadSpec` exposes `criticality`. It does not. Do not reintroduce it.
- `body_site` and `recorded_date` exist on the model but no spec exposes them.
- `unknown` clinical status exists in the backend enum only; the UI never offers it.
- Value set slug is `system-condition-code` (source constant is spelled `CARE_CODITION_CODE_VALUESET` — the typo is real).
- Symptoms and diagnoses are entered through structured questionnaires, not standalone forms. Keyboard shortcuts `s` and `d` in the encounter context are real (`keyboardShortcuts.json`).
- Removing a saved condition sets verification to Entered in Error; lists exclude that value.
- 3.1 flow sidebar nests patient flows under a "Patient" sub-category; the new condition flows were appended as siblings of that sub-category.
