- Revise characterization to reduce output data by enabling user to specify min standardized mean difference in risk factor analysis and run risk factor analysis in three modes (Efficient, CohortIncidence and PatientLevelPrediction) - separate aggregateAnalysis into three clearly defined parts: targetBaseline, riskFactor and caseSeries - let user specify number of jobs and threads (currently threads determines number of jobs but means incremental must be run with same number of threads).
