Gridgeist v1.0.1 makes the Codex plugin installable from its Git-backed marketplace.

Fixed

Added a Codex marketplace catalog for two-command installation.
Moved the installable skill to the standard skills/gridgeist/ plugin path.
Updated the English and Thai installation documentation.
