Initial public build of NotchNotes.

Highlights:

Native macOS notch note panel built with SwiftUI and AppKit.
Hover or click trigger modes.
Live Markdown editing with common formatting shortcuts.
Image paste support and local note persistence.
Refined settings popover dismissal behavior.

Install:
Download NotchNotes.zip, unzip it, move NotchNotes.app to Applications, then right-click Open on the first launch.

Note:
This build is intended for early testing and is not Developer ID notarized yet.
