Patch set for dsh 0.1.1-rc.2 (also applies to 0.1.0-rc.8 / 0.1.1-rc.1).

Changes since v0.1.1:

  • Re-based patch for dsh 0.1.1-rc.2 (commit b150a55): main.ts header context updated, polyfill keeps the TS type assertion
  • Removed accidental package.json/pnpm-lock hunks from the patch — pure 4-file diff now
  • README: version compatibility matrix, table of contents, bilingual EN/ZH
  • Upstream note: 0.1.1-rc.2 has its own build issue (dsh-api-remotes) — see README
