OJCP 0.2
Released 2026-09-22. Specification: https://spec.ojcp.dev/
Minor version bump. All changes are additive and backward-compatible; the schema
$id namespace stays at /v0.1/ and ojcp_version now accepts both "0.1" and
"0.2", so existing providers keep validating.
