Choose a tag to compare

@oktake oktake released this 13 Jul 16:11

macOS 0.6.12

This release fixes doubled QuickTime clock time in high-frame-rate MOV recordings, including 50, 59.94, 60, 119.88, and 120 fps.

  • Uses the exact recording frame rate reported by OBS for display and metadata.
  • Uses the QuickTime/SMPTE base-frame convention for high-frame-rate tmcd tracks.
  • Preserves the original full-rate value in system_timecode metadata.
  • Supports Intel and Apple Silicon (x86_64 + arm64).
  • Minimum supported system: macOS 12.
  • Signed with Developer ID Application and Developer ID Installer.
  • Apple notarized and stapled; passes Gatekeeper validation.

Quit OBS completely before installing. Existing recordings are not modified.

Windows

The Windows build is unchanged in this release. The current Windows installer remains available from v0.6.11.
