image tags for trixie/bookworm instead of stable/testing

How hard would it be to add docker image tags that correspond to the Debian codename (bookworm/trixie) instead of stable/testing?
It would be useful to be able to pin the image to "Trixie" and not have that change as Trixie moves from testing to stable.
