feat: add batch naming rules

- naming_mode field in ConvertRequest: overwrite / webp-suffix / q-suffix / ts-suffix
- lib.rs: output_path built from naming_mode instead of set_extension
- index.html: naming mode dropdown (4 options)
- app.js: pass naming_mode in convert request
